PrettyBoy was working and GingerNut was in Glasgow recording The Valentine's new demo. The Cheaper half and I went on 'romantic' walk through the nettles and debris of the old train line to pick daffodils that grow wild there. I have split the daffs into six jars and added food colouring to the water in an attempt to turn the flowers multi shades. If it works I shall take pictures to show you!
Anyhow - there is little time left to Easter Sunday now and want to watch a horror movie with Cheapy and crunch my way through some refridgerated hollow chocolate eggs. Which leads me to say that you don't get Easter Bunnies like you use to in my day.......

That picture always freaks me out. Happy Easter!
Picking daffodils together does sound romantic, Helena. I can't wait to see if the dye job works!
Kobico - the edges have a touch of colour in them but it's taking a while, so I poured a whole bottle of food colouring into each vase/jar. I'm very, very impatient......
Which horror movie did you watch for Easter?
I think there's a distinct lack of Easter-related slasher flicks.
Easter Bunny goes beserk with a chainsaw anyone?
I can't wait to see if the dye job works!

HJ - You know I didn't mean a Easter-related horror film but I am partial to a bit of fun - given the opportunity myself!
BUT.... we actually watched Stigmata - which may be considered
close enough to a horrorish holy-type theme! Demonic possession, holy controversy, blood spouting from a pretty girl yet no blades to be seen, priests thinking naughty thoughts about young pretty girl. Fierce stuff!
I'm not sure if the above content would be considered by you as horror as there were no 'chainsaws' or 'slashers' in the picture. But I'd be happy to hear from anyone what they consider defines 'horror'. You could even blog about it!

ps.....I have watched Halloween in August.....was that okay?..lol
Sanjeet - I'll take a few snaps soon. It's working not too badly.
I'd call it a supernatural horror....and with crucifixion marks?... bit Eastery, too!
Great blog Lena, I'll pop back again soon!
Too right, Kristy. Rabbits can be boilers all year round, not just at Easter!...lol. Thanx for the visit!
oh....and 'HJ'. It's actually berserk not beserk. Not that I'm usually strict with grammar among friends...!
Not coming back for another dig, HJ/Gloria? You've missed your Easter insult now for 2 years....? Jealousy certainly got you to
